As of today, The College of Physicians of Philadelphia and The History of Vaccines have published a book. It has been in the making for the past several months and features new material and material adapted from the History of Vaccines website.
The book showcases more than 40 illustrations and photographs, many of them drawn from the Historical Medical Library here at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia. It was generously funded by an independent educational grant from Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp., a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc.
The book is 52 pages long, with seven chapters.

Chapter 5: Aiming at Childhood Illnesses
Chapter 6: Anti-Vaccination Movements
